Precast Yard Supervisor
Pay: £17 – £17.50 (Rate negotiable depending on experience)
Location: Langar
Shifts: 6am – 4pm/Finish , Monday to Friday – must be open to overtime.
Contract: Full-Time, Temp to Perm
Net Temps Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Team Leader to join a well-established Precast manufacturing facility in Langar.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader to oversee yard operations, drive performance, and ensure daily targets are achieved safely and efficiently.
The Role: Precast Yard Supervisor
As a Team Leader, you will lead and motivate your team to meet operational targets while maintaining high safety and quality standards. You will work closely with the Management team to ensure smooth daily operations and continuous improvement across the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily departmental activities to ensure safe, efficient production in line with company and client requirements
- Liaise with other supervisors and management to maintain a safe, organised, and compliant working environment
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations
- Maintain high housekeeping standards
- Monitor and drive productivity targets
- Communicate proactively with management to resolve operational issues
- Promote positive working practices, behaviours, and team standards
Knowledge & Experience Required
- Previous supervisory/team leader experience within a manufacturing or production environment
- Experience within the concrete or precast sector
- Understanding of quality control processes
- Knowledge of production operations and workflow
