Principles
- Social Cohesion and Community Engagement
- Economic Inclusion
- People are our Priority
Social Cohesion and Community Engagement
We work closely with clients, social enterprises and communities to create key partnerships with stakeholders that matter. These collaborations help us to drive innovation and ensure that we place the needs of local people at the heart of everything we do.
Here’s just some of our valued partners and collaborators:
Early Careers / NEET
We work with a variety of schools, colleges and universities to promote construction and manufacturing as a career. Providing information as to the opportunities available and their entry routes.
Our goal is to assist the creation of a stable pool of construction and manufacturing workers and encourage women and girls into non-traditional routes of employment.
Ex-Offenders
We support the rehabilitation of ex-offenders by helping them to secure training and employment opportunities in local communities. This assists their resettlement, reduces the risk of reoffending and helps ease worker skills shortages.
Ex-Service Leavers
As a signatory to the Armed Forces Covenant, we are committed to providing ex-forces staff with employment assistance.
Care Leavers
We’ve covenanted to provide support to care leavers aged 16 – 25 in the form of CV assistance, interview support and to assist work seekers.
Women in Construction
According to recent reports there were 340,000 women working in construction in the second quarter of 2023 compared to 1.8 million men. This is a marked improvement upon previous years but there is still some way to go before equality is achieved.
People are our Priority
We aim to not only provide a workplace where everyone can thrive, but also offer fair opportunities to all work seekers.
We are committed to providing opportunities which allow people to develop and grow, where they are happy, healthy and engaged in an environment that is inclusive, diverse and fair.
GLAA Licence Granted
We are thrilled to announce that Net Temps Limited has been granted a GLAA Licence from the Gangmasters & Labour Abuse Authority!

Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
One strategy to improve culture for everyone and combat the worker skills shortage is to promote diversity and inclusion ensuring that workers truly represent the community that they work in.
That’s why we’ve appointed our own Fairness, Inclusion and Respect Ambassador, who has received training with the Supply Chain Sustainability School.
Modern Slavery
We’re committed to eradicating forced labour within our supply chains, and are a member of Stronger Together.
We’ve had a Modern Slavery Policy in place since 2015. Our policy can be found here: Modern Slavery Act Policy. This sets out how our recruitment practices help to eradicate modern slavery within recruitment supply chains.
Wellbeing
We have a qualified Mental Health First Aider and support employee wellbeingthrough various initiatives.
