Crane Operative
Location: Skelmersdale (WN8)
Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour + Holiday Pay = £16.25 per hour
Hours: 7am – 5pm, Monday to Friday (10 hour shifts)
Duration: temp to perm
Net-Temps are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Crane Operative to work at a Precast Factory in Skelmersdale.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate overhead cranes safely and efficiently to move precast concrete products around the factory and yard
- Work closely with production teams to ensure products are moved at the correct stage of the manufacturing process
- Follow all site safety procedures and lifting plans at all times
- Attach and secure loads correctly using chains, slings, and lifting accessories
- Keep work areas clean and safe, ensuring clear access routes for crane operation
- Report any faults, damage, or safety issues immediately
- Support general production duties when required
Must Have Overhead Crane Experience.
