Working Hours: Monday – Friday (08:00 – 17:00)

Position Overview
Our client is seeking a proactive and people-focused Resident Liaison Officer to support the successful delivery of energy efficiency and retrofit projects.
You will be responsible for engaging with residents, coordinating access and appointments, and ensuring a positive resident journey from project inception through to completion and aftercare.
Working closely with site teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders, you will play a key role in maintaining clear communication, managing expectations, and supporting smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact between residents, site teams, and the client on site
- Introduce works, explain scope, programme, access requirements, and expected disruption (letters, welcome packs, door knocking)
- Book and manage resident access and appointments
- Identify and support vulnerable residents, arranging reasonable adjustments where required
- Provide regular updates to residents and manage expectations throughout the works
- Handle day-to-day queries, concerns, and issues from residents
- Log, manage, and resolve complaints, escalating where necessary
- Maintain accurate resident records, access logs, and contact notes
- Produce reports on access rates, complaints, and resident satisfaction
- Support site teams to improve access, productivity, and programme delivery
- Manage resident communication through completion, aftercare, defects, and final handover packs
Requirements
- Experience working in a project-based environment from start to finish
- Excellent organisational and coordination skills
- Strong relationship-building and customer service ability
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail
- Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage workload effectively and prioritise tasks
- Strong team player with a professional approach
