Site Administrator (Birmingham)
Job Description
Net Temps are working with a well-established company who are currently seeking an Site Administrator for a temporary role on a Building and Construction site.
- Location: Birmingham B44
- Duration: Ongoing work (18 months)
- Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour basic PAYE with the ability to enrol your holiday pay into your hourly rate which would make £15.70 per hour
Duties of an Site Administrator will include:
- Provide support to site teams – collate, input and keep up to date with filing systems
- First point of contact on site – sign visitors in and out of site
- Arrange and order office supplies – stationery and cleaning products
- Allocate ingoing and outgoing mail to correct staff/issuing post externally
- Diary keeping for site staff
- Booking meeting rooms
Requirements:
- MUST have administration experience
- Ideally have construction experience
- MUST have working reference
- MUST have the right to work in the UK
