Strengthening our commitment to responsible business practices

As part of our accreditation programme designed to strengthen our commitment to responsible business practices, Joanne (who manages our quality and compliance functions) has successfully completed the Stronger Together: Tackling Modern Slavery in Supply Chains training on behalf of the business as our Modern Slavery Lead. This training enhances our knowledge and awareness of identifying, preventing, and addressing modern slavery risks throughout our supply chains. The training forms part of our ongoing commitment to ethical business practices and responsible procurement.

In addition, Joanne has secured our Disability Confident Committed status and badge, which is valid for the next three years. The Disability Confident scheme provides employers with the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to attract, recruit, retain and develop disabled people in the workplace, helping to create a more inclusive and accessible working environment for everyone.

These achievements demonstrate our continued investment in compliance, inclusion, and social responsibility, ensuring we maintain the highest standards across our organisation. Well done, Joanne, for leading the way and helping us build a stronger, more inclusive, and responsible business
